Nadseja Michailauna Pissarawa (White Russian Надзея Міхайлаўна Пісарава, also Russian Надежда Михайловна Писарева / Nadezhda Mikhailovna Pissarewa, English transcription Nadzeya Pisarava - Nadezhda Pisareva, . Born July 5, 1988 in Kingissepp, then Leningrad, Soviet Union) is a Belarusian, formerly Russian, biathlete.

Nadseja Pissarawa was for the 2010/11 season, first to the Russian B-team, but moved before the beginning of competitions on the Belarusian team. In Beitostølen they were early in the season their international debut at the IBU Cup and won the sprint than 26 points once. It was followed by the World Cup debut at the first race of the season, a single, in Ostersund, where she ranks as the 42nd to two missed the first win of World Cup points.
