Nagoya City University
The City University of Nagoya (Japanese名古屋 市立 大学, Nagoya Shiritsu daigaku; engl Nagoya City University, shortly: NCU. ) Is a getrag end of the Japanese city of Nagoya University.
The main campus ( Sakurayama ) with the university hospital located in Mizuho- ku, Nagoya. In addition, there are three other campuses within the city limits.
The Urban Nagoya University was established in 1950 through a merger of the renowned Pharmacological College (founded 1884) with the Women's Medical College (established in 1943). In 1964 the Faculty of Economics was founded.
