Naked Truth (Sarah-Hudson-Album)

Naked Truth is the debut album by American singer Sarah Hudson, which was released on September 7, 2005 under the record label EMI Records / S- Curve.

Background

After Hudson had 2004 had her first appearance in public at the television program PBS Frontline, it took a while before the album was completed in autumn 2005. Among other things, Desmond Child and Billy Mann were involved in the album. Even Steven Tyler of Aerosmith contributed background vocals. Track number 6, Unlove You, was covered by Ashley Tisdale and released on their debut album " Headstrong " in 2007.

Reception

Stephen Thomas Erlewine of Allmusic wrote that they had Hudson not given the necessary space on the album, to be themselves, without regard to the charts. He forgave 2.5 out of five stars.
