Nakina River

BW

The Nakina River is the right source river of the Taku River in the Canadian province of British Columbia.

The Nakina River forms the outflow of Lake Nakina. It flows through the Stikine Plateau in a wide arc. Initially it flows in an easterly direction, then north, and finally west. About 15 km before its mouth empties the water-rich right tributary Sloko River in the Nakina River. After about 110 km of the Nakina River meets finally the coming of the South River Inklin with which he united to the Taku River.
