Narcisse Leven

Narcisse Leven (* October 15, 1833 in Uerdingen, † January 6, 1915 in Paris) was a French lawyer and politician.

Leven was a town councilor and vice-president of the Paris Commune Parliament, co-founder of the Alliance Israelite and the President. He was also the first President of the Jewish Colonization Association ( ICA ).
