Näsinneula tower

Näsinneula [ ˌ næsin neu̯lɑ ] is completed on May 1, 1971 173 -meter high TV tower in Tampere, Finland. He belongs to the amusement park Särkänniemi and is the tallest observation tower in Northern Europe. The Näsinneula has a height of 124 meters, a revolving restaurant. An open observation deck is located on 111 meters, the closed platform at the height of 120 meters. In contrast to local sights such as the Tower Park is open all year.

In the years 1996 to 1997, the elevators were replaced by faster. You can reach a speed of six meters per second, which require 27 seconds to get from the floor to the observation deck.
