Nassef Sawiris

Nassef Sawiris ( born 1961 ) is an Egyptian businessman.

Life

Sawiris comes from a wealthy Coptic family. His father Onsies Sawiris founded in 1972, the company Orascom. His brothers are Onsies Sawiris, Naguib Sawiris and Samih Sawiris. Sawiris attended the German Lutheran High School in Cairo and studied economics at the University of Chicago. Nassef Sawiris is since 1998 CEO of the construction company Orascom Construction Industries. 2008 Sawiris was in the board of the French construction company Lafarge berufen.Sawiris belongs, according to the U.S. Forbes Magazine's richest Egyptians.
