Natascia Leonardi Cortesi

Natascia Leonardi Cortesi ( born May 1, 1971 in Faido, Canton Ticino as Natascia Leonardi ) is a Swiss cross-country skier and ski mountaineer.

Your biggest achievement is winning the bronze medal at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games on the anchor leg of the Swiss 4x5 km relay. Four years earlier, she had become the fourth season, after having been overtaken just before the finish of the Italian Stefania Belmondo. Her best individual score in an Olympic race is the tenth place about 30 km in 2002. The best result at the World Championships is fifth place in the relay in 1999.

In the years 2003, 2005 and 2006 Leonardi won the Engadin Ski Marathon, the most important cross-country race in Switzerland. In 2006, she won the Kangaroo Hoppet in Australia and 2011 in the Transjurassienne in France.

In ski mountaineering, she won 2005 together with Gloriana Pellissier and Christiane Nex the Trofeo Mezzalama. In 2006 she won the first place at the World Championships in the vertical race.
