Natasha Kai

Natasha Kanani Janine Kai (born 22 May 1983; Kahuku, Hawaii) is an American soccer player.

Career

From 2002 to 2005 Kai studied at the University of Hawaii and played for the local college team Hawaii Rainbow Wahine. In the years 2002, 2003 and 2005, she was named the best player of the WAC. Overall, she scored 73 goals in 72 games.

On 16 September 2008 she moved to Sky Blue FC in the Women's Professional Soccer was founded at that time. She had large share of winning the championship in the 2009 season. Since December 21, 2010 Kai playing for Philadelphia Independence.

Kai is since 2006 member of the U.S. national team and was a participant at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
