National Academy of Engineering
The United States National Academy of Engineering (NAE ) is an American organization. It was founded in 1964. The company draws on interdisciplinary issues in the fields of engineering, technology and society. It examines the technical impact on quality of life, study issues, symposia and informs the public.
The National Academy of Engineering has more than 2,000 members and is part of the United States National Academies, which also includes
- The National Academy of Sciences (NAS),
- The Institute of Medicine (IOM ) and
- The National Research Council ( NRC)
