National Assembly (Djibouti)

The National Assembly of Djibouti (French: Assemblée Nationale) is the only chamber of the Parliament of Djibouti.

Its membership includes 65 deputies who are elected for five years. The last elections were held on 8 February 2008. The opposition boycotted the elections, and all seats went to the government coalition Union pour la Majorité Présidentielle (UMP ). Nine deputies are women, which is a share of 13.85 %. Parliament President Idriss Ali Arnaoud.

The seat of the National Assembly is located in the capital, Djibouti.
