National Personnel Authority

The Jinjiin (Japanese人事 院, dt about "personal office ", " chamber " or " institution"; . Engl National Personnel Authority, "National Personnel Authority ," short NPA) is an institution founded in 1948, the Japanese central government for the regulation of central government civil service.
