Nauli

Nauli, also called Lauliki, is one of the Shatkriyas (cleaning exercises) of yoga. The exercise is designed to clean the digestive tract ( small intestine) and is based on a massage internal abdominal organs by the circular movement of the abdominal muscles. Like the other Shatkriyas also Nauli is an exercise of the classic Hatha yoga and is not taught in all yoga styles and schools of yoga. Nauli is considered an extremely complex technique that can only be learned with a lot of perseverance and patience. In yoga, Nauli is recommended for the elimination of constipation and against organ reduction. The exercise is designed to cleanse the small intestine and eliminate digestive problems.
