NCC AB

The NCC Germany GmbH is the daughter of one of Scandinavia's largest construction and real estate companies, the Nordic Construction Company (NCC AB ), headquartered in Solna, Sweden. The NCC AB belongs with about 17,000 employees and a sales volume of around € 5.2 billion in 2010, Europe's largest construction and real estate companies.

History

The Swedish construction group Siab AB took over in 1991 the shares of the East German industrial company Fiirstenwalde. After 1997, the Siab AB and NCC AB merged, the German part of the company in the newly formed group was integrated.

Organization

The NCC Germany GmbH has been working in Germany as a developer, project developer and general contractor in residential construction. Besides the domestic market, Berlin / Brandenburg NCC in the regions of Hamburg, Rhine / Main, Rhine / Ruhr, Cologne / Bonn and along the Baltic coast is active. In 2010, the German NCC Group sold 852 homes and apartments to owner-occupiers and investors. There were 30 single family homes that were built on private land.
