Neal Ulevich

Neal Hirsh Ulevich ( born June 18, 1948 in Milwaukee ) is a prominent war journalist. He reported as a correspondent on the Vietnam War.

Life and work

Ulevich studied journalism at the University of Wisconsin- Madison. Thereafter, he worked for the Agency Associated Press. He became famous for his photographs of the Vietnam War. He documented the withdrawal of the last American military from Saigon from the roof of the American embassy by helicopter.
