Neas Energy is a Danish power company. History

Neas Energy was founded in 1998 by four Danish power company; AKE Net ( Aalborg ), Nyfors Enterprise A / S ( Brønderslev ), Frederikshavn Forsyning A / S ( Frederikshavn ) and Thy- Mors Energi Holding A / S ( Nykøbing ). The business segments are located since its founding in energy trading, risk management and market management for both producers and consumers of electricity and energy production management and Portfioliomanagement. On 15 April 2011 it was sold to an investment group consisting of private investment companies SEBC Holding ApS and Dreisler Invest A / S, as well as executives of Nordjysk Elhandel A / S.
