Neco MartÃnez
Luis Enrique Martínez ( born August 20, 1982 in Necocli, Colombia) is a Colombian football goalkeeper.
He is keeper of the Colombian national football team and played with the Turkish club Sakaryaspor. During the winter break of the season 2007/2008 he moved to the Turkish first division club Vestel Manisaspor. He began his football career with Envigado FC and then moved to Independiente Santa Fe. In 2010 he returned to Colombia and won in 2010 with Once Caldas to the Colombian championship. He currently plays for Atlético Nacional in Medellín, where he won two championships in 2013 and the Cup.
For a splash he made when he on 30 May 2006 in an international match against Poland at a discount from a distance of about 90 m was able to achieve a goal. Thus, Martínez lined up in the ranks of the few football players, which achieved a goal as goalkeeper, and - what is even more rare - in the number of players who could score a goal from his own penalty area out.
In Germany, this gate was voted Goal of the Month May 2006.
