Needtobreathe
Needtobreathe (often in capital letters Needtobreathe ) are an American rock band with a Christian background from Seneca, South Carolina. The band consists of Bear Rinehart (vocals, guitar, piano ), Bo Rinehart ( backing vocals, guitar), Seth Bolt ( backing vocalist, bass), and Joe Stillwell (drums, percussion). So far they have released four studio albums: Daylight (2006), The Heat ( 2007), The Outsiders (2009) and The Reckoning ( 2011). Her style is strongly reminiscent of other bands such as The Fray, Lifehouse, Sister Hazel or Kings of Leon.

Band History
Needtobreathe began in 2000 with appearances at Furman University, where Bear was involved in a football team. After graduation, the brothers Rinehart and Joe Stillwell joined in 2002 along with Seth Bolt, and published first plates were taken in Seth Bolt's studio.
Daylight
After the band had finished two recording contracts with Atlantic Records and Sparrow Records, the band went to the UK to record their first studio album entitled Daylight, which was produced by Andy Green. Her first radio single You Are Here was released in early 2006. A few days before the release of their debut album the band on the Christian music magazine CCM Magazine as one of New Artists was mapped in 2006. " Daylight was released in the U.S. on April 4, 2006.
The Heat
Needtobreathe began preparatory work on her second studio album The Heat the end of 2006 in Seth Bolt's " Old Plantation Studio " The Heat was finally released on August 28, 2007 Word Entertainment.
In 2008, Needtobreathe have been nominated for two Dove Awards. Their song " Signature of Divine (Yahweh ) " reached a nomination for "Rock / Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year ", and The Heat was nominated as "Rock / Contemporary Album of the Year ".
In 2009, the song " Washed by the Water " was - this time successful - nominated for the Dove Award for " Rock / Contemporary Song of the Year ".
The Outsiders
The third album of the band, The Outsiders, was released on August 25, 2009. It tends even more than previous albums towards alternative and southern rock; in many songs come handclaps, banjo, mandolin or slide guitar used.
During the subsequent tour Needtobreathe came in 2010 for the first time to Germany and played on 10 and 11 October at two concerts in Cologne and Hamburg.
The Reckoning
The fourth album " The Reckoning " was released on 20 September 2011. 's First single " Drive All Night " has already been published in advance. New Album
The fifth album "Rivers In The Wasteland" will appear on the information of the band's homepage on 15 April 2014. It should still be roots -rock -heavy than its two predecessors. After every 14 songs on the last three albums are this time, as on the first regular album " Daylight" contain only 11 songs. The three pre-release tracks "Difference Maker", "The Heart " and "State I'm In " can already be heard on the band's website. After drummer Joe Stillwell had left the band shortly after the completion of the album " The Reckoning ", Needtobreathe come officially to only as a trio.
