Neko Majin

Neko Majin (Japaneseネコマジン) is a manga by Akira Toriyama. The manga consists of 8 stories that drew Toriyama at irregular intervals between 1999 and 2005. In Neko Majin Z, the author parodied his most successful manga Dragon Ball.

Action

The story tells all sorts of fun experiences of the Neko Majin race, a group of cats who have a little experience with magic, but are more interested in jokes, pranks and martial arts. Neko Majin Z is Z, a cat-like version of Son Goku, with the magic wand NYOI -bo and attacks such as Neko - Hameha. Other similarities to Dragon Ball show up during the act with Kuriza - the son of freezer, a villain from Dragon Ball Z - Super Saiyan named Onio a thick. Even characters from Dragon Ball Vegeta, Majin Boo and Goku have their appearances. Despite the many references to Dragon Ball, presents the series does not constitute a continuation or completion of the manga

Although Neko Majin Dragon Ball and no great connection to each other have some Neko Majin Z References to the Easter Eggs in the Japanese version of the video game Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2 is used.

Manga

While the three regular Neko Majin Chapter published in Japan in Weekly Shōnen Jump manga magazine, the Neko Majin Z series was published in its monthly offshoot Monthly Shōnen Jump. Published in 2005 an anthology that includes all eight stories.

In Germany, Carlsen Verlag moved the manga in manga magazine BANZAI! . In the spending 8 to 10, and 04 /2004 to 06/ 2004 published six Neko Majin chapter. Carlsen published the anthology in paperback format and color pages in July 2007.
