Nemzeti Bajnokság I

The Nemzeti National Championship ( German: National Championship, Abbreviation: NB I ) is the first football league in Hungary, which has been held since 1901. Record champions Ferencvaros Budapest is with 28 titles, followed by the MTK Budapest FC with 22 successes in the championship. Title winners for 2012 was the Debreceni VSC, who had acquired a dominant position for some years. Since the 2011/12 season, the championship is called after the main sponsor OTP Bank Liga.
