Net Impact

Net Impact is a large, international non-governmental organization based in San Francisco ( USA), which aims to create a socially just and ecologically sustainable economy world. Here, methods of economics can be used. About 25,000 members organized worldwide volunteer in more than 300 subgroups, which they call "Chapter ". Besides professional chapters in which unite professionals, there are many universities students Chapters. The first chapter was founded in the USA in 1993.

Net Impact in Germany

The first German chapter was founded in Berlin in 2010, since 2011 there is also a student chapter at the Humboldt University in Berlin. In their submission to the founding of students Chapters Gesine Schwan took over the patronage. Other chapters are currently being established.
