Neubuz

Neubuz ( German Neobus, formerly Neobusa ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. , Lies two kilometers northeast of Slušovice and belongs to Okres Zlín.

Geography

Neubuz is located at the transition between the highlands and the host Vizovice One mountains in the valley of Všeminka. To the north of Nad Bařinami rises (534 m), in the northeast of Miluchov (506 m ) and south of the CHRAST ( 438 m), the Břízka (409 m) and the Na Hranici (380 m). To the north- west lies the dam Slušovice and east of the village, the former automotive test track Dešná.

Neighboring towns are Trnava in the north, Dešná in the Northeast, U Matyjáků and Jasenná in the east, Chrastěšov the southeast, Chrastěšovské Paseky Těchlov, Menšíky, Vizovice and Raková in the south, Slušovice the southwest, Bila Hlína, Březova and Nové Dvory in the west and Hrobice, Sobolice and Kašava in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of Neubuz took place in 1373 in Olomouc Landtafel when the brothers Ondřej, Vojtěch Vlk of Sarov and sold the village along with Slušovice, Dešná and Všemina to Schultze von Sternberg on Lukov. In 1407 the village was called Newbuz and 1447 Nebuz. As of 1512 more than one owner is alternated, including the Lords of Kunštát and later the Nekesch Landek. The place name Neobuz has survived from 1548. From 1607 belonged to the dominion of Witschkow Lucretia, born Nekesch Landek, and 1610 whose second husband Albrecht of Wallenstein. This occurred Lukov 1625 to the Emperor from, who presented the rule to Stephan Schmidt of free Mayrhofen. From 1628 it acquired the Minkwitz of Minkwitzburg the now heavily indebted government. 1671 the village Neobuza or Neobusa was called. 1710 bought the Lords of Rottalblick Lukov with all accessories. John of Rottalblick sold the goods in 1724 to Johann Friedrich von Seilern - Aspang, whose descendants held the property until 1945. The basic accounts are held since 1790. Until the mid- 19th century, the village remained subservient always Lukov.

After the abolition of patrimonial Neobuza / Neobusa formed in 1850 a municipality in the district team Uherský Brod. As of 1855, the village belonged to the district Valašské Klobouky and from 1868 to the district Holešov. As of 1881, the village was called Neubuz or Neobus. The school in Neubuz in 1891 set up. Until the 1930s, the residents of the village of agriculture lived, after which a portion of the inhabitants earned his living as a worker at Bata in Zlín. 1935 Neubuz was assigned to the Zlín Region. The volunteer fire department was founded in 1938. Starting from 1949 belonged to Neubuz Okres Gottwaldov - okolí and again from 1960 to Okres Gottwaldov up in 1990 again bears the name Okres Zlín after the political changes of 1989. Between 1976 and 1990 Neubuz was incorporated to Slušovice.
