Neusticomys

Neusticomys is a living in northern South America rodent genus from the group of rats fish within the New world. It includes five types.

The body length is 10 to 13 centimeters, added 9 to 11 inches cock. The fur is soft, it is colored brown in the type N. monticolus gray black and in the other species.

The animals of this genus live in northern South America, their range extends from Colombia, Ecuador and Peru over Venezuela to French Guiana and northern Brazil.
