Neutral Free Austria

The Alliance Neutral Free Austria ( NFOE ) is a Christian-oriented Austrian party whose main goal is Austria's withdrawal from the European Union. The party has its headquarters in Innsbruck, activity extends to the entire Austrian territory. The inaugural meeting took place in Salzburg on 11 October 2003. Current party leader is the founding member Rudolf Pomaroli.

The NFOE belongs to the category of small parties that are not represented in the National Council.

The NFOE is achieved by declarations of support, are taken with the Austrian national elections on 1 October 2006 in the states of Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Salzburg, Carinthia and Vienna failed with 0.22%, however, at the four- percent threshold ( Official List Name: " withdrawal from the EU - Neutral Free Austria ").

At the 2010 Vienna elections, the NFOE has "direct democracy platform " in the context of, an electoral alliance of five groupings candidate.

In the state elections in Lower Austria in 2013, it has supported the Alliance of Mutbürgerpartei.

Positions

Programmatic focus of NFOE is an intended withdrawal from the European Union. The NFOE also criticized their view, pseudo-democratic states and questioned why referendum would have no success. As a positive example of direct democracy the NFOE called the Switzerland. The NFOE is an advocate of Austrian neutrality. Another goal is the reduction of politicians privileges and responsibility for political action. The central theme is the need of the NFOE according promote and strengthen regional farms compared to large multinational corporations. Under the motto " rail transit instead avalanche " challenges the NFOE stopping the truck traffic. Further concerns are the party animal protection, natural agriculture, alternative energy, braking process of art, which violates human dignity and religious feelings, in the opinion of the NFOE, the cultivation of the German language and strengthening of the Austrian identity and cultural self-respect.

The NFOE also maintains political contacts to Germany, as the Alliance of Democratic Parties and organizations and the civil rights movement neutralist "new direction " that pursue similar goals.

The NFOE occurs with the 2014 EU election jointly with the withdrawal from the EU party in the coalition EU - STOP.
