The AFC New Brighton ( officially: New Brighton Association Football Club ) is a football club which is situated in north-west England on the Irish Sea in the south of Liverpool New Brighton.

The association founded in continuation of the tradition of the historic, vanished in the 1980s New Brighton Football Club 1993 plays these days in the West Cheshire League.

In Christchurch, New Zealand, there is another club called New Brighton AFC.

The historical FC Brighton

The FC Brighton ( officially: " Brighton Football Club " ) was 1921 out of the South football club Liverpool and took over his starting place in the Lancashire Combination League. As early as 1923 the club was admitted to the third division of the Football League.
