New Zealand Fed Cup team

The New Zealand Fed Cup team is the national team of New Zealand tennis, which is used in the Fed Cup. The Fed Cup (until 1995 Federation Cup ) is the most important competition for national teams in women's tennis, similar to the Davis Cup for the men.

History

For the first time New Zealand took part in the 1965 Fed Cup. The best result was reaching the quarterfinals in 1965 and 1971.
