Ngoma Music Award

The Ngoma Award is an annual award given for Zambian artist to be honored with the talents of the country Zambia.

The prize is awarded by the Zambian National Council for Arts. It is similar to the pan- African Kora Awards.

Ngoma Awards are conferred in the following fields:

• Visual Arts - 4 Prices
• Drama - 4 Prices
• Street theater (Popular Theatre ) - 2 Price
• ( Traditional ) Music and (traditional ) Dance - 3 Prices
• Video Art - 3 Prices
• Contemporary Music - 6 Prices
• Literature - 3 Prices
