Ngorchen Konchog Lhundrup

Ngorchen Könchog Lhundrub (Tib. ngor chen dkon mchog lhun grub, * 1497, † 1557) was the 10th abbot of Ngor Monastery. He was a student of Könchog Gyeltshen ( dkon mchog rgyal mtshan; 1388-1469 ). He is the author of the work Three Visions ( snang gsum mdzes rgyan ), a base station of the Sakya tradition, in which it is the most common representation of the sutra path. He is also the author of a famous history of Buddhism in India and Tibet, with special consideration of the Ngor tradition of Ngor chos ' byung (short title), the 1692 Ngorchen Sanggye Phüntshog ( ngor chen sangs rgyas phun tshogs; 1649-1705 ), the 25th abbot of Ngor monastery, was completed.
