Nicky Hunt

Nicholas Brett Hunt ( born September 3, 1983 in Westhoughton in Bolton) is an English footballer who was active for the third division side Preston North End last.

Career

The defender has since his school days, a big fan of Bolton Wanderers. His competitive debut for the Trotters he gave in the 2000 /01 season in the second division of England in the last league match before the rise of Bolton against Sheffield United. The debut in the Premier League gave Hunt on August 16, 2003 against Manchester United. The Englishman played now over 100 missions for " his" club, which he shortly left only in 2008 on loan at eleven league games to Birmingham City. International Hunt played ten times for the English U- 21 team.

Hunt was awarded to Derby County for the rest of the season in January 2010. At the beginning of the Football League Championship 2010/11 he moved to the English second division club Bristol City.
