Nico Freriks

Nico Petrus Johannes Freriks ( born December 22, 1981 in Uden ) is a Dutch volleyball player.

Career

Freriks debuted in 2001 in the Dutch national team. Three years later he took part in the Olympic Games in Athens and finished with the Netherlands the ninth. After he had previously played in the Belgian first division already Noliko Maaseik and the VC Omniworld Almere, 2005, he was obliged by the Austrian Bundesliga Hypo Tirol Innsbruck. With the club the player device in 2006 succeeded the national league and cup double. In the same year he won the Europa League with the Netherlands. In October, he was hired by the German Bundesliga Moers SC. 2013 moved to Italy Freriks first to BreBranca Lannutti Cuneo and later to France to Beauvais Oise UC. 2014, he joined the Iranian master Kalleh Mazandaran VC.
