Nicocles (Sicyon)

Nicocles ( ancient Greek Νικοκλής ) was the last Hellenistic tyrant of the ancient Greek city of Sicyon.

In the year 251 BC, he was there by the assassination of Paseas to power. After only four months, and the defense of an attack by the Aetolian shown to be particularly cruel in the tradition of exiled Nicocles Sikyoniern was deposed under the leadership of Aratus and with the help of Argos. He managed to escape from the city.
