Nicolai Stokholm ( born April 1, 1976 in Regstrup, Holbæk Municipality ) is a Danish football player. He currently stands at FC Nordsjælland under contract.

Stokholm began his career in 1996 at Holbæk B & I. From there he moved in 1998 to the then first division AB Copenhagen.
