Nicole Farhi

Nicole Farhi CBE ( born July 25, 1946 in Nice) is a native of France British fashion designer, who under their name runs his own fashion label since 1983 and has won several awards.

Life

Nicole Farhi worked as a freelance fashion designer, before she went to London, there to work with Stephen Marks at French Connection and Marks ' style of fashion label.

In 1983, she eventually founded her own fashion label. It is known for convenient, uncomplicated clothes with soft neutral colors and structures from high quality materials. In addition, her label also sells housewares.

For their design, they not only won the 1989 British Classis Award, but also 1995, 1996 and 1997, three times in succession the British Fashion Award for British Contemporary Designer.

Nicole Farhi, who is married to the British playwright and screenwriter David Hare since 1992, was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2007.
