Nikita Koloff

Nikita Koloff ( born March 9, 1959 in Minneapolis, Minnesota as Nelson Scott Simpson), is a former American professional wrestler. Among his greatest successes is the two-time receipt of the NWA World Tag Team Championship. Simpson changed in 1988 his then real name in real Nikita Koloff, which was only his Gimmickname until then.

Koloff is a born-again Christian and, with the Universal Wrestling Alliance ( UWA ) his own Christian background, league.

Career

Beginnings / NWA

Koloff began his career in 1984 at the National Wrestling Alliance belonging Promotion Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling ( MACW ). From then on he appeared at various associations and leagues such as the American Wrestling Association, and Continental Wrestling Association.

With Ivan Koloff and Krusher Khruschev Koloff was the Stable The Russians. Together with Ivan Koloff he won on March 18, 1985, the NWA World Tag Team Championship. World Championship Wrestling
