Nikuman
Chūkaman (Japanese中華まん, dt " Chinese Manju " ) are pastries of Chinese origin ( baozi ) in Japanese cuisine.
Some species are
- Nikuman (肉まん, dt " meat - manju " ) or Butaman (豚まん, dt "swine Manju " ) with pork,
- Anman (あんまん, dt " Anko - manju " ) with Süßbohnenfüllung ( anko ) from adzuki beans,
- Pizaman (ピザまん, dt "Pizza Manju " ) with pizza filling ( eg pork, tomato sauce, cheese )
- Karēman (カレー まん, dt " Curry Manju " ) with Japanese curry filling ( KARE ).
