Nima Yooshij

Nima Nima Youschidsch or (* November 12, 1897; † January 6, 1960 ) (Persian نيما يوشيج ) was a Persian poet, who has developed the so-called New Persian poem ( Nima -ye ).

His real name was Ali Esfandiari (Persian علی اسفندياری ). He was born in the village Yusch in Northern Iran and buried according to his wishes there.
