Nina Liu

Nina Liu ( born June 15, 1977 in Sydney ) is an Australian actress living in Germany of Chinese descent.

Life and achievements

Liu first appeared in a commercial for the Do The Right Thing campaign. The award-winning film Floating Life from the year 1996, she took over the role of Apple. From 1996 to 1998 she played in the television series Heartbreak High. In 2002 she graduated after three years of studying the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. In the fantasy film Warriors of Virtue: The Return to Tao in 2002, she played one of the major roles.

Known she made the role of Chloe in the award winning television series The Secret Life of Us. The award-winning thriller Little Fish (2005) she starred opposite Cate Blanchett and Sam Neill. In the German film drama Year of the Dragon 2012 embodied in a supporting role, the Vietnamese prostitute Huong.

Nina Liu is married to a German and lives in Berlin.
