Nippon TV

The Nippon Terebi Hōsōmō K. K. (Japanese日本テレビ放送網 株式会社, Nippon Terebi Hōsōmō Kabushiki - gaisha, Eng. Nippon Television Network Corporation ) is a television network based in the Shiodome district of Minato- ku, Tokyo, Japan. The company is owned by the Yomiuri Shimbun. She is also known as Nihon TV (日本テレビ, Nihon Terebi ) Nittele (日テレ, Nittere ) or NTV.

History

On August 28, 1953 Nippon TV became the first private channel in Japan started broadcasting on, from 10 September 1960, sent in color. Program
