Nizlopi

Nizlopi are a British band. The band's music mixes hip-hop elements with traditional folk music.

Band History

It was founded by the two musicians Luke Concannon and John Parker in Leamington Spa. Both have known each other from their school days at Trinity Catholic Technology College. Was published in 2004 under the title Half thesis Songs Are About You, the debut album of the band. Despite mostly positive response from critics, the album failed to commercial success. The decoupled in June 2005 Single JCB sold initially hardly. However, by Laith Bahrani for the song turned and award-winning video helped him on the Internet growing popularity. Subsequently, the single was re-released in December 2005, immediately reached the top of the British charts and was in the first week of 81 660 copies. The song is about memories of childhood and a yellow JCB digger. Beginning of 2010 broke up the band.
