NK Samobor

The NK Samobor is a football club from Samobor in Croatia. Play their home games, the club in the municipal stadium ( kroat. gradski stadion) of which provides 5,000 spectators.

History

Founded on July 1, 1925, led the way of the club after the construction of the stadium mid-1970s, in the 1980s up until the fourth division of Yugoslavia. In the last season of Yugoslavia 1990/91 championship succeeded in the North Season of the then fourth-class Croatian League, thus qualifying for the 1992 newly founded 2 HNL. The uprisings in 1996 in the first HNL- B and a year later in the first HNL -A followed by two descents in 1998 and 1999 and to the third tier of Croatia. After another season (2001/ 02) in the second division and one ( 2007/ 08) in the Viertklassigkeit, the club currently playing in the third HNL West.
