Nordre Aker

Nordre Aker is a northern district of the Norwegian capital Oslo. He has about 43 843 inhabitants (2008 ) and an area of 13.6 km ². The district extends along the Trondheimsveien in the east to the west Sognvannsbekken. Within Nordre Aker there is the neighborhood areas Ullevål Garden City, Blindern and Gaustad.
