Northern Division, Fiji

The Northern Division is one of four divisions of the Pacific state of Fiji. It is composed of the provinces of Bua, Cakaudrove and Macuata and comprises the islands of Vanua Levu, Taveuni and several smaller islands in the area.

The Northern Division has a land area of 6199 km ², capital of the division is Labasa on Vanua Levu. In the census of the year 2007 135.961 inhabitants were counted in the Northern Division, including 75 358 52 844 Fijians and Fiji Indians.
