Nzi

Nzema (also Nzima and Appolo ) is the language of West African Nzema, with about 262,000 speakers in Ghana (2004 SIL) in the Western Region, the southwest corner of the country.

Nzema is also spoken in the Ivory Coast of approximately 66,700 speakers (1993). They live mainly in the Département d' Aboisso, in the sub-prefecture Tiapoum on the southeast coast. Many Nzema live in Abidjan.
