O tempora, o mores

O tempora, o mores (Latin for " O (what ) time, O (what ) manners !") Is an old Latin phrase which laments the decline of morals. He comes from the first speech of Cicero against Catiline in 63 BC, which begins with the famous question: Quousque abutere tandem, Catilina, patientia nostra? " How long, Catiline, will you abuse our patience? ".
