Oberaich is an Austrian market town in the judicial district of Bruck an der Mur and in the political district of Bruck - Miirzzuschlag in Styria with 3180 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013). From 1 January 2015 it has joined forces framework of the Styrian municipality structural reform with the Municipality of Bruck an der Mur, the new community will continue to use the name " Bruck an der Mur ".
Geography
Oberaich includes the valley along the Mur valley between Bruck an der Mur and Niklas village in the district of Bruck- Miirzzuschlag. The settlement areas represent next to the Mur valley itself dar. also Utschtal and his side ditches
Community structure
Katastralgemeinden are: right ( south ) of the Mur: Upper Aichinger, Streitgarn, Forstwald; left ( north ) of the Mur: Oberdorf- Landskron and Pichelsdorf.

Culture and sights
- Roman Bridge St. Dionysen: In the district of St. Dionysen is a very well-preserved, probably built by the Romans bridge that led the Reichsstrasse by Flavia Solva to Norian main road.
Excursions:
- Almgasthaus Kirl, the starting point for walks in the Rosseck and Muglgebiet, popular destination of many top Aicher and Brucker
- Gasthaus am Madereck, often like shopping destination
Music
Upper Aichinger has two music clubs: the Trachtenkapelle Oberaich, which is native to the western district, and market music Dionysen St., in the East has its location.
