Oddar Meanchey Province
Oddar Meanchey (Khmer: ឧត្ដរមានជ័យ; transcription: Otar Meanchey; pronunciation in IPA: [ mi ː otɑr ə̯nceə̯j ] ) is a province in the north of Cambodia. The provincial capital is called Samraong ( Samraong សំរោង [ samɽa ː ON] ). Oddar Meanchey has about 68,300 inhabitants ( 1998) on an area of 6158 km ².
The province is divided into five districts:
- Anlong Veng
- Banteay Ampil
- Chon Kal
- Samraong
- Trapeang Prasat
