Odsherred Municipality

Odsherred Municipality is a municipality in the Danish region of Zealand, which originated in the municipal reform on 1 January 2007. The local council, however, was elected in the municipal and regional elections on Tuesday 15 November 2005. These elections were last held on 17 November 2009 and will take place on 19 November 2013, the next time. The municipality has 32 ​​452 inhabitants ( 1 January 2013) at a size of 354.10 km ². The Odsherred municipality was created by the merger of:

  • Dragsholm municipality ( 152.47 km ²)
  • Nykøbing - Rørvig municipality ( 39.99 km ²)
  • Trundholm municipality ( 162.84 km ²)
