Oeil de perdrix

Oeil de perdrix (French for " partridge eye ") is a salmon-colored rosé wine from the wine in Switzerland, (French: Pinot Noir ) from Pinot Noir grapes is made. The term is protected by law in Switzerland. Oeil de perdrix was originally pressed in the canton of Neuchâtel, today it is also produced in other western Swiss cantons.
