Oh, Sleeper

Oh, Sleeper is an American Christian metal band from Fort Worth, Texas, which is attributed to the metal core, and stands on Solid State Records. The band's name comes from a quote from the Bible in Ephesians 5:14, which reads " THEREFORE it says, ' Awake, O sleeper, and do arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you. ".

History

The band was with James Erwin, Lucas Starr ( also played briefly with As Cities Burn ) and Ryan Conley of three members of the band terminal, the singer Micah Kinard and guitarist Shane Blay ( previously played with Evelynn and Between the Buried and Me ) in founded in April 2006. Since then the band has released three albums and six music videos.
