Okroshka

Okroshka (Russian окрошка of крошить, crumble ) is a Russian national dish.

The cold soup is made from kvass and sour cream (optional, simple buttermilk or kefir), sausage ( Lyon ), hard boiled egg, radish, boiled potatoes, chives and cucumber cooked. It is most often flavored with hot mustard, pepper and salt.
